Severe periodontal disease and dental caries; full mouth extraction of all teeth; provision of immediate dentures, placement of 6 implants in the maxilla for a bar retained complete upper denture; placement of 4 implants and 4 Zest Anchor locators in the mandible for a implant supported complete mandibular removable denture.
